A Note About Group Therapy
We were not meant to heal alone. Group therapy is a place to practice new relational skills with a group of supportive and like-minded people. While group therapy may seem intimadating, many are suprised by how rewarding their experience can be. Groups can provide a sounding board and propel you forward when you feel stuck in life by providing new ideas, encouragment, and feedback.
At ATX Counseling, groups meet once a week with two co-therapists helping group members reach their goals and take emotional risks in a safe space. There will never be more than 12 people in a group and what happens in group stays in group which offers a container for new patterns to unfold.
Group is a unique experience that can create powerful change in a short amount of time.
