Therapy for College Students

Dear College Students and Parents,

College is a challenging time of life.  It is a time of big transitions and big change.  


College is also confusing, you wonder if you are doing it right, having the "right" experience, and if you should be doing something better.  You want to make the most of your time but that can feel like a lot of pressure.  

Having someone help you navigate this time is crucial.  Someone that has been down this road before and can help you discover what you want and how to get it.  College is really about learning about yourself - your individual needs, unique strengths, and gifts you bring to the world so you can feel great about you.  And you can graduate feeling optimistic about the next chapter of your life.  

Feeling great about who you are is a lifelong endeavor, but it starts now, it starts by learning about yourself and why you engage in certain patterns and behaviors.  This allows you to be clear about who you are and where you are going.

It is too important to not find someone that can support you along the way.  We are here to help.
