After completing the Intake Form, Melissa will contact you within 24 hours to learn more about you and use our proven matching system to determine which therapist is the best fit for you.

How do we determine the best therapist for you?

In order to find the right therapist for you, we look at your treatment goals, current developmental stage, and past trauma history. We also determine if you need a specific therapeutic approach, including DBT, CBT, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Group Therapy, Mindfulness Skills Training, Parent Coaching, etc., as well as your scheduling and financial needs.

​If you have a child enrolling in services, we work closely with school counselors, behavioral specialists, occupational therapists, nutritionists, and other professionals to provide all around care.
